Noreen Williams-Gibbs is an Ordained Minister and Biblical Teacher, serving as the Founder and President of Victorious Life In Christ Ministries, a nonprofit organization operating in both the United States and Grenada, W.I.
Our mission extends beyond empowering women; we are dedicated to introducing children and youth to God and enriching their understanding of Him. We plant seeds of faith with the expectation that they will yield abundant fruit. Our aspiration is for children to embrace Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord, guiding them to follow His teachings, ultimately transforming their homes, communities, and society at large.
Rev. Williams-Gibbs reflects on her early Christian journey, where her relationship with God was fraught with uncertainty. She recalls feeling like an imposter, always donning a mask. ” I had not fully surrendered, and genuine joy eluded me. As I deepened my faith, I recognized that my life was not being led by the Holy Spirit.”
My transformation began when I granted God complete access to my life, engaged in spiritual disciplines, and embraced authentic relationships within a supportive church community.”
Rev. Williams-Gibbs graduated with distinction from New Brunswick Theological Seminary in New Brunswick, New Jersey, earning a Master of Divinity. She has been honored with a Doctor of Divinity title for her dedicated service to the church and community.
Throughout her ministry, she has concentrated on teaching to cultivate healthy disciples of Christ while mentoring and empowering Christian women to lead faith-filled, impactful lives. She later expanded her work to coach pastors, lay leaders, and congregations. Prior to her current calling, Rev. Williams-Gibbs ministered at Parkchester Baptist Church in NY.
Her passion for the church transcends denominational boundaries. A key focus of hers is to foster unity among Christian denominations, ensuring that the church can better represent God and help those yet to place their faith in Christ to see and experience Him through His church.
